My cousin told me she takes Natures Bounty for hair skin and nails, so perfect timing! I love the taste of the gummies so they are easy to eat. I have to finish the bottle to really see how my hair is doing but so far so good! If I see results I will repurchase Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair Skin & Nails Gummies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Natures Bounty gummies in my Influenster box and they taste amazing! I seriously could eat them like candy! Aside for the amazing taste I havent noticed a huge difference in my hair/nails, but its hasnt even been a month. Ill update this later if I notice a huge difference.

Tastes so delicious I don’t care of they work or not! I’m not sure how much a a difference I’ve noticed in my nails and skin but they were very easy to chew and just yummy. Maybe I just need a higher dose of biotin to feel a difference? I’m not sure, but they might work for you!

Your body only uses what it needs and you’ll get rid of the excess vitamins as waste so I take one gummy in the morning before/after breakfast and the other in the evening before/after dinner. Think about it like watering a small plant, if you give it 3 cups of water in the morning, the excess water runs out the holes in the bottom where as if you gave it 1.5 in the morning and 1.5 at night thats much less likely to happen as it will lose water throughout the day. I perm my hair so that I don’t have to style it with heat to keep it healthier as it’s very fine and thin and over the summer it got botched so I had to reperm it 2 weeks later which is horrific for your hair and cut 5 inches off so I was desperate for it to grow back. I did my research and decided to try these and I’m so glad I did! My hair has grown an incredible amount so quickly. The difference in between the first two pictures is from my perm loosening along with growth. The rest of the pictures is just natural growth! I also included a picture of my nails, I like to keep them natural because I’m horrible at keeping nail polish looking decent and these vitamins have helped them grow so much quicker! I’m not sure about them being stronger however.

Ive had gummies before that leave a weird after taste but not these! Its very real strawberry taste. I have seen tremendous growth in my nails with in 2 weeks! These are perfect and affordable!
