But these are taste great and do not have a vitamin after taste at all. I have always had nice hair and nails that grow quickly, so I can't say I noticed any changes. But for someone looking to supplement biotin in a gummy form, this would be perfect. I received this product for free from Influenster to try and review.

These are my favorite vitamins. They actually taste really good. They don't have a weird after taste like some other gummy vitamins I've tried before. They're super handy because I'm always on the go so being able to just pop them in my mouth and chew them without worrying about a beverage to chase them with is great.

However in the time that I've been taking them I haven't noticed any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I don't know if I need to take them for a longer period of time to notice a difference but after I finish this bottle but I doubt I'll buy another bottle when I am through with this one.

After using these for a month I can see a difference in the growth of my nails and skin .They are all natural ingredients and the bottle is small enough to keep in my purse. They taste great too !! i would recommend anyone that is trying to grow there nails and hair to try them
