I have just started using these a couple months ago and my nails are so brittle. The older I get the softer my nail beds are and the dryer my hair is. These seem to be working decently so far. I want to give them a few more months though to see if it goes back to young nails 😆

This supplement has both biotin and vitamin C. It's great. I hear that you need to take vitamin c so your body can consume biotin. (not sure if it is true). With the other product, I have to take an extra pill. Not with this one ( yeah). The gummies are delicious. Sometimes, I forgot it is a supplement not a real gummy 🤪.

For me I do think theyre a little to sweet and auger is high up on the ingredient list, but if you want a little something special and get some vitamins too then why not have a gummy??
