They had a yummy strawberry taste. These are the perfect kind of vitamin to take without feeling like your actually taking vitamins. After two in taking two gummies daily I definitely notice a change in the grow of nails, they were stronger and definitely longer! My hair look more healthier and shiny after 3 weeks so definitely super recommended I already bought more!

The only downside is that after finishing the bottle, I didnt really notice a difference. Id be willing to try another bottle to see if they worked
