[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely like this gimmick did not have a harsh flavor and easy to swallow I felt like it was very effective I could especially tell in my nails with the grow the and I felt like a natural shine was coming out on my hair felt like it took about a week to see results in my nails the berry flavor was delish

They were very tasty, easy to digest. They got a weird white film on them over the course of the month. I'm not sure if it really did anything or not. I didn't see much improvement, but it was a great price and worth the try. It didn't really work for me, but I've had friends who have loved it and it is a great price.

I like the flavor of these, and I make sure to keep the jar tightly shut so they don’t get stale. I’ve been using them for three months but haven’t noticed a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. That said, I do get my nails powder-dipped, which might be affecting my nail strength. Not sure if these are making an impact, but they taste good!

I always feel a slight bit better after taking them but I still recommend adding additional supplements if u feel u still need them

These vitamins are delicious and easy to consume! I love that it comes in gummy form making it easier to take. The flavor taste like berries and doesn't have a bad after taste. I like using this vitamins and can see a difference in my hair, skin and nails!

They have really fantastic taste, a good texture, and you only take 2 a day. Im not a huge fan of sugar being the first ingredient, however it is only 2g a serving so overall its not too bad. Im excited to see how it helps my hair skins and nails!
