[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just a few days, there are definitely some pros about this particular brand compared to the current hair/skin/nail vitamins I was using. They taste great and dissolve easily. Most chewy vitamins require me to chew them more and they get stuck in my teeth, but not these. I also can take these without food and it doesnt bother my stomach. Its too soon to tell how the results of growth compare. I gave it 4 stars because the main ingredient is sugar

The gummies are actually on the softer side so you dont feel like you have to chew away like some other vitamin gummies. Ive been using them for a couple weeks and Im noticed my skin has been clearer and nails growing at a rapid speed. Too early to tell hair results but will update accordingly.

They are a good supplement if you are looking for Biotin and after about a month I can tell a different in my nail strength.

These gummies are life changing. Not only do they taste amazing compared to some of the alternatives on the market, they also really work.
