I've used this product for ~2 months and I will say I noticed my nails have gotten significantly stronger! My nails are naturally thin and bendy but after adding this supplement into my regime they break way less than they used to. I didn't notice a difference with my hair, but I also don't think I had been taking it long enough to really see its effects.

I took off my acrylic nails and underneath, my nails were strong and super healthy. The nail tech was very surprised. My skin hasnt seemed much different and my hair is long so its hard to see a difference there, but it does seem softer. I dont love the taste, but I will keep using them!
