I have actually used them for years before receiving them from influenster as well. They are delicious gummies, and I've noticed a big change in the quality of my nails since I started taking them. Nails are shinier, thicker, and grow faster. It's alot harder to tell if it is helping my hair or not. I am growing it out from a buzz cut and it's grown about 8 inches in almost a year.
