Taste and texture of these is okay. They have a strong sweet scent but it's not a bad scent. I'm not sure if it works because I haven't taken them for a long enough time. I do hate that they all stick together and become one squishy mound that makes it hard to take a daily serving. And yes, this is despite having them in a house that has ac.

I just started taking these, and the one thing I noticed right away way the delicious smell. The taste equally coupled the aroma. I gave up candy for lent, so I think of these as a guilt-free little pleasure that is good for me!

To give them a fair trial, I temporarily stopped taking my Women's One A Day vitamins, which I usually rely on daily. My wellness regimen includes various practices that I swear by, like consuming fruit and vegetable juice, staying hydrated with water, taking cranberry pills, and incorporating probiotic & prebiotic supplements. For nail care, I trust Sally Hansen nail strengthener and nail polish, while my hair, which is natural and chemical-free with a low porosity, falls under the type 4c category. Given my typing-intensive work, I maintain my nails short yet healthy. Although I occasionally indulge in acrylic nails, it's not a regular occurrence, and fortunately, acne isn't a concern for me. Despite the claims of accelerated growth, I didn't experience noticeable hair or nail growth with these gummies. However, I acknowledge that it may require a longer duration of use for me to form a truly honest opinion about their efficacy. In my hair care routine, I prefer using real food ingredients like eggs, mayonnaise, flavorless gelatin, tea, bananas, citrus rice water, extra virgin olive oil, and jojoba oil. Wigs and weaves are seldom part of my styling routine. As for the appropriate timing between taking these gummies and my Women's One A Day vitamins, I'm uncertain.
