Major changes on my skin, my nails are much stronger, and hair. Couldnt be happier to have something in life thats beneficial for me.

I did notice my nails growing faster. Everything else I didnt notice anything different but the taste alone keeps me satisfied! Haha

My nails and hair seem stronger, they are quite cheap and they taste freaking amazing I would buy these over any other gummy beautt product.. but I havent tried many.. I’m very excited to see what kind of assaults I get from these. I have used this HSM product before and was not disappointed. So I’m sure that the new formula will be no exception.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a big fan of gummy vitamins for adults (just make sure you floss your teeth well). Its like candy without feeling guilty. These taste pretty good and I feel like the ingredients are fairly decent. I do think that my hair and nails feel stronger. Would recommend!

I love this product! First of all, the taste is amazing. I literally don't want to stop eating them!! I bought a full size of this about a year or so ago and I feel like it definitely helped my nails become stronger and my hair was healthier. For me, it's so hard to tell if something helps your hair grow fast, but I did feel that it helped a little bit!! Obviously, it won't make your hair grow 6 inches in a month or something crazy, but it does help the process and help keep your hair healthy. :) I just received a free sample in my walmart beauty box, and it reminded me how I need to go pick up another bottle!! Loved it!!
