I have been taking these for a long time now, maybe 3 years or so. I also take the multivitamins. I think the value for the price is good because this product makes my skin glow, my nails and hair grow. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs help with their hair, skin, and nails !

I loveee these gummy hair skin & nail vitamins they contain biotin which is good for all 3 things! They do not taste bad like some vitamins do, they are strawberry flavored lol so fruity I can smell them through the bottle. They have helped my hair skin and nails since using them. I have been using them for a few months now! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to take a vitamin for their hair skin and nails as it helps with the feeling of my hair and my nails are stronger than when I hadn’t taken it and always complimented on my skin glowing ❤️
