I tried Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails Gummies, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to the hype for me. After consistent use, I didn't see any noticeable improvement in my hair, skin, or nails. However, I did notice more random breakouts? The taste was not bad, but I don’t like the ingredient list. The first ingredients are sugar and corn syrup + they contain palm oil. Very disappointing overall.

The first night I had one, it was around 7pm. A few hours later, I was sitting on my couch and watching TV when I started getting incredibly nauseous. I was so lightheaded that the room seemed to be spinning and I had to lay down. I thought I must have been getting sick and really paid no mind to it after the episode was over. The next day, I was excited to take my new gummies so I did. This time, I started getting nauseous almost immediately and continued to feel uneasy for the rest of the day. I realized the only thing I had been doing differently in my daily routine were the gummies so I stopped taking them to test things out. I have not gotten nauseous or lightheaded since and it has been over a month since this happened. For some reason my body did not react well to this product and I stopped consuming it immediately.
