I have always had bad and flimsy nails so it is hard to tell. I will definately be getting myself another bottle when this one runs out!

The only thing i would imprpve about this product would be the effects that it has, for me personally, it only worked to lengthen my hair but did nothing for my skin or nails. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend this product if youre looking to grow your hair a few inches. Ive been taking these gummies for 2 years now as well.

I thought using biotin daily would help strengthen my hair and nails. But clearly in was wrong. I hae been using these for about 2 weeks and I wont be going back. It taste great and it is a bit pricey but my hair is longer and stronger. My nails are stronger. My skin hasn't seen that much of a difference. but my skin is a different story. If you want longer, stronger hair and nails. Go out and get this!

Hello, I can tell you that the packaging is of very good quality and is 100% effective. Its ingredients are very good. They contain the vitamins that your body needs. The flavor is very pleasant, I loved it, and its price is affordable for anyone. I recommend it.

I used these for 6 months and had NO improvement; my hair was thicker with more volume, my skin wasn’t more hydrated than normal, my nails weren’t growing faster or stronger. I spoke with my PCP and she said these are a joke. They don’t provide enough vitamins and minerals to even work, AND they are nothing but sugar! Learned my lesson.

I've been using these for a while. I like the flavor. They don't taste like vitamins. More like eating a soft gummie. They have been instrumental in my hair growth. I haven't noticed any changes to my nails and I already have good skin,but for sure my hair grows on these.
