I have been taking these gummies for 2 years everyday. I also give these to my daughter who has also been taking this product for 2 years. I haven't seen any change with my hair at all. My skin has stayed the same, and I have always had long nails so that hasn't changed. I just have taken this for years every day and now I am in search for a new product. I am considering just taking Biotin. I will not waste any more money on this product. Will admit the taste is fantastic.

They dont leave a chalky feeling in your mouth and leaving feeling like did a lot but all you need was take your vitamins. Did I see major results? Not really but Im sure with continued use, youll see an improvement in your hair and nails.

They say to take it with food. I've done with and without and didn't notice a difference. The bottle is very practical. Will update with results.
