They taste really good and you know sometimes vitamin gummies dont really taste that good. Also, Ive noticed that my nails have gotten stronger. I dont always get my nails done because as a photographer having long nails can get into the way so these gummies have helped keeping my nails strong. My skin has also gotten much clearer and I havent gotten as many breakouts as before Ive started taking these vitamins. I havent really seen much of a change in my hair but I figure that it takes time and Id actually have to take these for a longer period of time to see any growth or change in my hair. Overall, this product has been treating me very well so far!

They are soft and with a few days of using them Ill hopefully be seeing some results, its only been 2 days so it may be too soon to tell how well they are working.

I bought the product awhile ago and it works great. I am a nail biter and this product helps to keep my nails stronger and grow faster and keeps my hair healthier. I tried another product as the Natures bounty was out at my store and it didn't work at all. This product works as described and is great. It also tastes good.
