They taste fantastic so its not a chore to take them on the daily. In regards to their effects for the hair skin and nails Im not sure how much they actually do. My nails do however seem to be growing longer and stronger.

Tastiest product in regards to hair skin and nails. I could probably eat the whole bottle as if it was a pack of gummy bears. I recommend this brand more than any other brand because they do not stick together. The only time that they will stick is when it gets down to the last maybe 10 and they're stuck to the bottle at the bottom which all you have to do is shake it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these from Influenster to try. These are definitely my favorite gummy vitamins to take. They taste great and easy to take. When I take these, I can tell an improvement in my nails and my skin tends to clear up easier when I take these. It was an added bonus having a coupon for another bottle included with this.

Okay for starters the taste of these gummies is not too great. I feel like with 2g of sugar per serving these should an amazing flavor but these are a little offputting. In terms of hair strength I did notice a little bit of improvement so it definitely does what it's supposed to do.
