My hair journey has just begun as I am growing my hair out for my upcoming wedding and I am already noticing a difference. The product has great flavor and what adult doesnt love a gummy vitamin!?

I didnt notice a whole ton changing on my skin? These also really dont taste great but its not awful?? I guess I would recommend.
