I took these gummies while I was pregnant and it has made my hair and skin flawless ! I love these so much I decided to keep taking them after having my son and I love the results. They are always on sale at my local grocery store and I love the pretty pink packaging

I have been taking them as directed for a few weeks but have not noticed any difference with my hair, skin, or nails that I can attribute to the use of these gummies. Even so, I can't say I've had a negative experience which is why I gave 3 stars. I would prefer to continue with multivitamin gummies rather than this product that supposedly focuses on these specific target areas.

I bought this product about a month ago May 18, 2022, and the expiry date was 04/27/19. It seems to be a continuous trend for the enterprise to distribute expired products since there have been multiple complaints about the expiry date. It is obvious the care is not provided for consumers and as such the product is NOT GOOD. EXPIRY PRODUCT leads to waste of money and ineffective product.

I haven't been using them long enough to know if it will help with hair growth but I've had many people recommend them to me so I'm eager to experience my own results!
