I normally take the capsules and never gave much thought to the gummies, big mistake. They taste good and doesn't get stuck in your teeth. Why not have a gummy and achieve great skin, hair and nails?

I love these vitamins because they taste amazing of course but I also have noticed a positive difference in my hair and skin. I have always had healthy, thick, and fast-growing nails but Im sure the gummies help with that too! My only con is that sometimes the gummies can get stuck together and/or stuck to the bottle and can be hard to get out. Other than that I recommend all my ladies out there try it out!!

I am not exactly sure how long til you see “results” but i've been taking these for about a month now (2 gummies every night) and my nails are the strongest & healthiest they've ever been!! As for my hair and skin, they're both soft and shiny. I am excited to see more results in the nearing months! The strawberry ones also taste just like candy!
