They taste really good Ive taken them for 4 days so far and I will say this I cut my nails the day I started them and theyve grown pretty fast and are stronger than the usually brittle nails they are and the only thing Ive changed is taking these gummies so Im loving them so far definitely recommend!!!!

They taste so good that I actually look forward to taking my vitamins every day! It is a perfect strawberry flavor and they are very soft and silky. I have heard from friends who have been taking them for years and they tell me that they do in fact work, so I'm excited to see the results. I have very brittle nails so I'm really hoping that it helps with this issue as well.

While these gummies are yummy and easy to incorporate into my daily routine, I have found that they tend to dry out before I can finish them all. Starting a fresh bottle is great, but once I get down to the end they get stuck to the plastic at the bottom or dry out.
