I currently use a plant based prenatal that works better for me (personally) - but these are wonderful! I try to stick to the most natural and plant based so at this stage in my life these probably wouldnt be my first pick, but they do work wonderfully.

So I decided to grab up this product when I saw it on influenster. I added the Biotin to my morning medication. It was just 2 gummies that taste lightly sweet a day. Not to much extra to do in the morning. But I'm not seeing much help with the growth of my hair or nails. My skin has been pretty dry lately, but it is winter here. I have completely emptied the bottle, but I don't think I will be purchasing any time soon.

Within a month my nails are longer and stronger than they ever have been in my life. These taste great and I love taking them. I bought a dupe when I ran out to see if it performs as well..NOPE! This stuff is fantastic. I am sold. Never trying anything different again!

This time around maybe its too soon to tell but my hair is definitely growing but no improvement in nails at least not yet. A major pro is they are tasty and more convenient if you dont want to swallow huge biotin pills.

I have used just biotin and didnt see much a difference before but this time seemed very promising.
