They're not too big or too small. They do taste like strawberries but not like artificial strawberries.

I saw a lot of growth and strengthening in my nails, and my skin was a lot more glowy and clear since I started taking these. I didnt see a lot of change in my hair, but I do bleach my hair . These gummies tase amazing and the price point of them is very good. I do recommend these if youre looking for a yummy biotin vitamin.
