My hair and nails had a change when I took this for months. It is an affordable product for those under a budget. I would suggest looking at the ingredient to make sure they will be okay for you. I'm prone to some sensorial issues, but the texture of these gummies was surprisingly okay for me! The packaging is a plus; it's so cute.

Okay don't come for me guys but I'm not a fan of these at all. They have an odd taste to me. Not to mention for whatever reason when I take them they break my face out. They are great for the price but I'd rather just pay for a powder supplement I find those to be more effective in my opinion.

Ive had gummies before that leave a weird after taste but not these! Its very real strawberry taste. I have seen tremendous growth in my nails with in 2 weeks! These are perfect and affordable!

Sometimes gummies can have weird flavors but this one literally just tastes like tangy candy which is great. I don't know that it had any major effects, but I don't normally notice any with vitamins. I know it's a biotin supplement but I just wish it had more of the other vitamins as well.
