I honestly dont really thin supplements do anything for you if you have a healthy diet, but I do love the smell and taste of them:) I never but them myself but I got them for free in a voxbox! They are SOOO YUMMY and provide all of the essential vitamins your hair, skin and nails desperately NEED. I have always used Nature Bounty for all of my vitamins. I previously worked as a pharmacy technician for about 2 years and the pharmacist would always recommend nature bounty for any vitamins to our patients and for our selves. All of their products are of good quality and do not disappoint! Ive heard realllly good things about these especially from friends that have used them, and no one has said anything bad about them. Good quality for a very good price!!
