My hair also felt a bit shinier, but I didn’t notice major growth. My skin stayed about the same, though some people say it helps with glow. The gummies taste great, but the pill version is easier if you don’t want extra sugar. One downside is that some people, including me, experienced minor breakouts, possibly from the biotin. The good thing about these vitamins are that they help your hair in the long run. Its healthy to take extra care in maintaining your hairs growth and health.
