I take these twice a day. One in the morning after breakfast and one after diner. They work really great! I’ve been using these gummy’s for over a year now and my nails,hair and skin look and feel new. My nails have grown a lot. They have a fruity taste and the texture is gummy.

They are loaded with antioxidants, theres no artificial coloring or flavoring in them, and they only contain 2grams of sugar per serving! I’m not sure how great these work, but I’d say their taste is pretty rough. The target brand is cheaper and tastes significantly better than this brand. I’ve used this on and off because of the taste so I can’t say whether or not they do what they say.
