This hair, skin, nail biotin strawberry gummies have a great flavor and i seen my hair and nails grow, been using them for 2 years now the only thing i don't like is that the stick all together and they are hard to take them out but great supplements

The biggest difference I've seen with these gummies is my nail strength. I have very flimsy, brittle nails that break off easily. After about 2 weeks of eating these, my nails were noticeably stronger and weren't breaking as much. The taste of the gummies are sweet and don't have a strong smell.

I have been taking the Hair, Skin & Nails vitamins for several years. They were first in tablets only and I was so happy when they started making the gummies. Flavor is great and at the start I liked the packaging as the gummies didn't stick together -- but now they do. I have to dig them out of a big clump in the bottle. Is there another way to package them that would be easier to access???
