With that being said if youre on a budget and you want to get a vitamin to help your hair, nails and skin I think this is a viable option. I received this as a free sample.

After a few weeks i did notice my nails growing! I think its too soon to tell if its helping my hair or not. But its so easy to take everyday its no problem at all!

I’ve noticed my nails are getting strong and my skin is looking brighter. I also love the difference in my hair. This will be a gummy I take everyday from now on.

I’ve taken hair skin and nails on and off for years. I don’t know if it makes a significant difference but I’d like to think it does. I would check with a doctor before taking it because I think you can only take it for a certain amount of time without taking a break.
