I tried Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails Gummies, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to the hype for me. After consistent use, I didn't see any noticeable improvement in my hair, skin, or nails. However, I did notice more random breakouts? The taste was not bad, but I don't like the ingredient list. The first ingredients are sugar and corn syrup + they contain palm oil. Very disappointing overall.

As a vegetarian who also works a crazy schedule, I know there are days when Im not getting enough protein, calcium & many other essential vitamins when Im working 13 hours on my feet and barely have time for a quick snack, let alone a 30 min lunch. Enter Natures Bounty - now I can make sure my body is getting what it needs daily by taking 5 seconds to open these up and eat one on my way out the door every morning. Its a no-brainer for me. Though I did receive this product complimentary, I will continue to buy once I run out.

However these do not and that's awesome. It's too early to know if they've had an effect yet but I'll definitely keep taking them and wait to see if anything changes.
