I shower in hot water. My nails on the other hand, feel healthy and strong. Taste-wise, I didn't enjoy it very much. I've had another hair, skin, and nails gummy that tasted like gummy bears/gummy worms. As for the flavor on this particular product, I felt like strawberry was missing the mark a bit.

I bought these once only. To be honest the packaging caught my eye. I didn't care too much for the taste. They were sweet but something about them seemed a bit "off." They were quick and easy to take as I was running out the door but I am not sure I would buy them again. I didn't see any big improvements in my mid aged skin, hair and nails.
