[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natures Bounty Vitamins are so easy to take because they taste so good! Vitamins with biotin in them always worry me a little bit because I'm afraid that my skin might break out, but so far I havent had any issues there. Also they are so inexpensive!! The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I havent been taking them long enough to see if they help with my hair and nail growth. I recieved this product complimentary for testing purposes.

It seems to me one of the most effective vitamins for the care and beautification of hair and nails, it has been excellent, I have noticed results, my hair is longer and healthier as are my nails and skin, a presentation with lasting quantity to be able to see results, its taste is pleasant

The other thing I loved is that the gummies are freshly packaged. Their price is not expensive at at all which is great. Overall I dont believe these have all of the vitamins necessary for hair skin and nails. I have not noticed any diference. They are not capable of being a successful supplement.

Ive seen them in stores before and have been curious to try them, so this was an awesome surprise. The gummies have a great amount of Biotin in them to promote healthy hair, nails, and skin. As for the flavor, these gummies are extremely sweet and they have a somewhat odd imitation strawberry taste to them. Its not an awful flavor, but its a weird chemical sweetness.
