It tastes good so I loom forward to taking them in the morning. So far it is meeting my expectations but it will take awhile before I see visible results.

These gummies tasted ok for a supplement, but thats about where the benefits end. I didnt notice any changes in my hair, skin, or nails after taking this product as a complimentary sample. It left me wondering if you need to consume it for longer and if its even worth it.

However, I did notice that my nails were growing faster and my hair was more soft. I didn't really see any difference for my skin. I had COVID June 2021. My hair started falling out in August. By October, I had lost 1/2 of it. My doctor said it was because of my age (60, hormones). My hair dresser said, "Take biotin. It's COVID hair loss." I had these in the pantry and had been taking them randomly. I started taking them daily. By Oct '22, my hair dresser recommended thinning my hair again. Now, I am having it thinned about twice a year instead of 3 times. It took a while, but I saw new hairs starting to grow within a couple of months. I also noticed my nails getting stronger, which I had never really thought about.

I've actually noticed my nails getting stronger. They've been able to grow past the tip of my finger for once! The only reason I marked it down is because I haven't noticed a difference in my skin and the difference in my hair is pretty small. Overall I like the product and I love the flavor!
