I can take these and feel guilt free as they have no artificial sweetener, and have naturally sourced colors and flavors. Since taking these, I can already see improvement! My hair is extra shiny, skin is smoother, and nails are stronger. Im excited to see the results after long term use.

The only problem was, that I couldnt see much of a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. Ive been taking them for about two weeks so maybe it just needs a little more time. Which is rather annoying actually! I didnt notice a difference in my nails, but I already have very long natural nails. I took these a few years ago. Honestly did not see any change in my hair, skin, or nails. I did not repurchase due to this and now take a regular multivitamin. They did taste good though and were inexpensive compared to a lot of other hair, skin, and nail vitamin brands.

These taste so good and smell good. No side effects for me and easy size to take. I start using these last year and I notice the differences in my skin,nails and hair. My hair shinier and my nails get stronger. My skin just better after 2 months using these. Bottle is a bit hard to get open the first time, but the product is worth the extra effort! With regular pills I often forget to take them but with gummies I find myself wanting to take them, so it keeps me in check. They help keep my hair strong and help keep my nails from breaking.
