These hair and skin gummy's have had my hair and skin looking so good. My hair has never looked so shiny before and my skin is super clear. It all happened with him three months of taking it. They taste really well as well and the texture is not weird like most are.

I have been using these gummies for years to help my hair, skin, & nails look healthier and beautiful. This supplement with biotin helps a lot of women with skin and hair nutrients problems. My favorite flavor is strawberry 🍓 😋 . My little daughter thinks that this is candy she loves it.

I have just started using these a couple months ago and my nails are so brittle. The older I get the softer my nail beds are and the dryer my hair is. These seem to be working decently so far. I want to give them a few more months though to see if it goes back to young nails 😆
