I know that not always eating the best I should if I want my hair skin and nails looking their best I need a supplement. These are delicious! They have a great strawberry taste. And of course they are gummies ! Soo soo much better then taking a vitamin pill. Since taking these my nails and hair growth has definitely been much better!

I'm so excited to see the changes in my hair skin and nails. I know this going to be a great product and I am already loving these gummies!!!!

I started taking these for my hair back in 2015 and now it's a must have in my house. I even got my boyfriend to start taking them (as they are unisex) and he noticed that his dry skin and dandruff improved after the first few days. My hair is my temple and is the first thing people usually notice about me so these help me maintain it and helps my hair grow faster, same as my nails. My nails used to have white spots on them but then when I started taking these, the white spots went away after the first week. I definitely would tell anybody to start taking these just for the purpose that it actually does help your hair, skin and nails.

I have bought these at several different stores and they seem to help a bit with my fingernails and hair growth. The last bottle I got from Sam’s Club, I had shipped to my house and they were stuck together like the others said and I am over halfway through a bottle and my nails are really thin and chipping and I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair or skin.

Theses Biotin gummies were purchased simply to boost my hair growth. It came in a pink jar, properly sealed. It smelled a little bit tangy and tasted like sweet lime. I haven't noticed anything outstanding in both hair and skin since using it. I'd say it's an acquired taste.
