I would prefer if they were made with stevia instead of sugar but they actually don't have a ton of sugar so it's not a big deal. I haven't seen results yet but have only been testing them for a couple of weeks. This product is something you need to take daily and you will gradually see results over and extended period of time. I will purchase these when I run out!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this product was new and unique. It met my expectations and tastes like actual gummies. It may be on the pricey side but it is definitely worth the burden. This is effective for growing healthy and strong hair.

Honestly?? They're not my favorite. They taste wonderful, but I hold a high standard to my hair skin & nail vitamins because my hair is SOOOO thin and brittle. They did nothing for my hair (and yes, I gave them 2 months to kick in). I know it sounds gimmicky and insta-dumb, but Sugar Bear Hair is where it's at. It's honestly the only brand I have found that gives you results you can see and feel within the first week and actually helps my hair grow again. Only giving 2 stars for these because they do taste wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these gummies in my #bosbabevoxbox and I wasn't too entirely thrilled. Biotin just isn't something people have a deficiency in and you can get it easily with a good diet. There are no studies to back up that taking supplements will promote hair and nails growth. Also, gummies are not the best ways to get supplements because the way they are made does not guarantee how much of the vitamins, biotin, etc will actually be in each gummy. They tasted good, but I noticed no improvements in my hair, skin, or nails.

While I do take it daily, I cannot see a big difference in my hair/skin/nails. I do feel like my hair feels a little thicker at times though

The fact that this has 2500mcg of biotin and tastes yummy make this a must for a daily vitamin routine. Plus who doesnt want to strengthen their hair and skin? It was hard to resist taking another gummy.

Its too soon to tell if these are helping with my hair and nails since Ive only been taking them a few days. I am 4 months post partum and have been losing my hair as a result. Im really hoping these work.
