In that time I have seen some results that I'm happy with. I love that it is a gummy versus normal supplements that are in tablet form. There's no artificial flavors, lactose, soy or gluten and a few others. Being that I cannot have gluten, I was happy to see I can take these with no worries. The number one ingredient is sugar though, so keep that in mind. There is 80 gummies which is a 40 day supply at 2 gummies per day. They taste great and don't leave a weird aftertaste that I usually notice with some gummies. I take 2 gummies with my morning coffee or breakfast. Results were not immediate, remember that it is a supplement, but after using for almost 3 weeks I did notice that my nails grew not only faster than normal but were quite a bit stronger. There has been no big change in my hair or skin but I believe with continued use, there will be. The gummies are a boost in the vitamins you need for healthy skin, hair and nails. I gave it 3 stars and have only had it for 2 wks, it usually takes about 3 months of trying a specific vitamin. In the 2 weeks Ive noticed my nails are actually growing a little and theyre hard. Id like to try and do a review when Im finished with the bottle! Theyre soft and very tasty, no vitamin aftertastes and remembering to take 2 a day is easy if you leave them on my nightstand.

Ive been using these gummies for about 1 year now and Ive actually noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I havent noticed a difference in skin but in the other two parts it worked. I would recommend to others looking to grow out their hair quicker.

This are my favorite vitamins to take for my hair and nails, they are super easy to take and they taste super yummy so that's a major bonus, try these if you are someone who has trouble with taking pills like I do. They are super affordable and do what they say.

I'm not at all a fan of artificial strawberry flavors, but the flavor is tolerable. Especially with these not going hard quickly. I wish they were full multivitamin honestly. Love the size of the bottle. Easy to put in any cupboards at the house. The cap, my kids can't easily open. Another bonus. And the bright and amazing labeling doesn't hurt either. This time around maybe its too soon to tell but my hair is definitely growing but no improvement in nails at least not yet. A major pro is they are tasty and more convenient if you dont want to swallow huge biotin pills.

I take these twice a day. One in the morning after breakfast and one after diner. They work really great! I've been using these gummy's for over a year now and my nails,hair and skin look and feel new. My nails have grown a lot. They have a fruity taste and the texture is gummy.
