These were tasty and I didn’t have to take them with food like I do some other vitamins, which was nice. I stopped taking them eventually to exchange for a pill I can swallow (less carbs- I was counting my macros at the time). I didn’t have any noticeable changes to my hair/nails while taking these. I have the most fragile nails. If they do happen to grow at all, they will break doing the most mundane tasks (literally, I’ve broken nails folding laundry, doing dishes, getting in and out of my car, and even pulling pants on).

I wanted to use them for my hair. I've been using them for a few weeks now & I'm not really noticing much of a difference so far.

These hair and skin gummy’s have had my hair and skin looking so good. My hair has never looked so shiny before and my skin is super clear. It all happened with him three months of taking it. They taste really well as well and the texture is not weird like most are.

I have used these in the past and have always seen improvement in my hair and skin. Also, When I think of a multivitamin I don't expect them to be so yummy.
