Ive used them in the past and I did notice my nails got stronger and grew back faster. I didnt notice a huge difference in my hair but I only used them for consistently for two months. Overall I would recommend them.

It's hard to know after only a couple of weeks whether the vitamins are really working, but I'm sure they do. I would definitely recommend.

After only a week of taking these I noticed my nails feeling stronger and less brittle. My nails normally dont have a problem growing but they tend to break easily. I think with continued use of these my nails will grow stronger and be able to stop breaking and stay long

They dont leave a chalky feeling in your mouth and leaving feeling like did a lot but all you need was take your vitamins. Did I see major results? Not really but Im sure with continued use, youll see an improvement in your hair and nails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used these vitamins before but switched to a different brand. That was a massive mistake. The taste of these gummy vitamins are so yummy. I do find that the vitamins work as promised. My nails grow in nicely and my skin isnt as oily. My hair is already thick so I cant say Ive seen much change but it has grow in my edges.

I finished the entire bottle but didn't see much results. I was expecting for my nails to look better and grow healthier but nothing. My skin and hair didn't see much change either. Not really sure if this product delivered any good results which was disappointing.

Not only does it do it's job making my skin wonderful, nails strong and hair grow but it's seriously the best flavor around. I've tried many other brands that always leave a weird after taste but these are delicious. Even though I got them for free in my VoxBox they are for sure being tucked into the holy Grail beauty cabinet.
