I think its a good value so far and they taste pretty good and they arent hard gummies. I recommend trying this product to see if it works for you cuz its been working for me.

However as far as a product that actually helps with your hair and nails I dont think that this product does anything. I took it as directed for the duration of the bottle and noticed no tangible difference in the quality of either my hair or nails. Would not recommend.

The only downfall is one serving is 40 calories - that's pretty high for a vitamin, especially if you're like me and take several others also.

These gummies taste so good. The flavor and texture makes you forget they're a vitamin and not a snack.The downside is if you can OD on biotin it's easy to do with these. I also question if they really do anything. I have never taken a biotin capsule or other form to compare but I don't know that my hair/ skin / nails were much different from these.

I don't normally take vitamins because I don't like taking pills. I've taken other gummy brands in the past, but they have had a vitamin aftertaste. Not these! These gummies taste good (strawberry), but light. They do not leave an aftertaste, and most importantly, don't get stuck to your teeth.
