But these are taste great and do not have a vitamin after taste at all. I have always had nice hair and nails that grow quickly, so I can't say I noticed any changes. When i first saw them i was worried about tasting them because i didnt like how they looked but looks can be deceiving. Ive had other gummy bear vitamins and they actually tasted like medicine so i didnt enjoy them but these gummy vitamins taste like a snack. Im glad that they have biotin. Been looking for something to take to add strength to my hair.
