The only thing is I'm not really sure if I've seen a difference in my hair nails or skin to be honest.

I have taken the vitamins for several days and the changes really do not look so fast, I think if you take the vitamins for 3-4 months you can see more results. my hair grows very slow so I hope it helps me to grow more. The nails if I have felt that they are not as fragile as I had before. I think the changes do not look so fast with this product but it is very important to give vitamins to our skin, hair and nails. I received the product for free but its price seems very good for me to be some vitamins that can last you almost 2 months (if you take 2 daily vitamins). the strawberry flavor is exquisite and I would love to taste the other flavors. It is an excellent product

I'm not big on taking pills so I choose gummies, and these taste so good! I love the flavor of them, tastes like strawberries. I've been using them for a while now and they work! My nails grown stronger and my hair grows out a lil faster when it comes time to do my hair touchups.

I enjoyed the gummy texture it made it easier take and the strawberry flavor was yummy. After a month of taking these I have not noticed any difference in my hair or my skin. My nails though I have noticed them to be stronger and shinier.

When I first started taking these I saw a boost in my hair and nails. But after having used them for a while I haven't seen any beyond normal growth due to the vitamin. I hadn't noticed any sheen or extra strength to my nails. So I stopped using with no results.

So far I love the flavor, the contents and the packaging is super cute too. The pricing is at par with the other market brands. Now I have to just wait and are the results .
