As a Muslim I can't eat gelatin, which this contains. Today I got this and was so excited I ate 2 before checking the ingredients. So I'll just leave a review based on the 2 I ate, but the rest of the bottle is being wasted :(. They're cute and small, they taste like strawberry and yogurt, and they don't stick to the teeth . sorry, I can't speak on what it does for your hair, nails, or teeth :/

I love these vitamins. They taste great and last a while. I saw the biggest difference in my hair when i using these vitamins.
