[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off this reviewing by stating I received the Nature's bounty hair, skin and nails gummies for free from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion... ok now the review: I have tried many vitamins gummies that have a horrible lingering taste after you eat them or after a while you get tired of the taste so you stop taking them, well with the nature bounty gummies I did not have any of these issues, the gummies taste great and are a tad bit sour but the texture is super bouncy and fun to chew I have to remind myself they are not candy, I would totally recommend these gummies plus I feel great knowing I'm giving my skin, hair and nails a little help.

Really good taste and easy to eat and chew. I noticed that it really makes my nails and hair grow longer. I have bleach coloured treated hair and I noticed that these vitamins keep my hair strong and my hair doesn't break as easily. I noticed after taking these vitamins I have to cut my nails, almost once every three days. The taste is really nice and they taste just like candy. Really big bottle for the price and they last me about a month maybe more .

My hair, skin and nails need all the help they can get so I'm psyched to add these into my routine! Bring on the biotin, baby!

I tried it and overall, I’m quite happy with the results. The gummies are easy to incorporate into my routine since they taste great—almost like a treat! After about a month of consistent use, I noticed some improvements in my hair and nails. One downside is that these gummies contain added sugar, which may be a consideration for some. Also, the serving size is two gummies, so the bottle doesn’t last as long as I initially thought
