Natures Bounty Hair Skin & Nails has always been a staple in my vitamin cabinet. My preferred form is a gummie, so these are perfect and have a great flavor of strawberry. These have always help with my skin and nails noticeably. It has probably helped with my hair as well, but nothing I was able to pinpoint for sure.

These gummies are actually really tasty, which makes it easy to remember to take them every day. After a few weeks, I've noticed my nails growing stronger and not breaking as much, and my hair feels a little healthier too. They're chewy, sweet, and don't have that chalky vitamin taste that a lot of supplements do. I also like that each serving has 2,500 mcg of Biotin along with extra vitamins, so it feels like I'm giving my body a good boost. The bottle lasts a while, and for the price, I think it's a great value. Definitely recommend if you want an easy (and yummy) way to support your hair, skin, and nails. In my experience not all gummies taste that great, but these really do taste good and they are soft, not super chewy. OK we can start with the packaging which is kind of cute and the price is a great value especially for the quality and the great ingredients and they seem to have a good effect on me so therefore I would recommend them to the next person and I would definitely buy them again

In that time I have seen some results that I'm happy with. I love that it is a gummy versus normal supplements that are in tablet form. There's no artificial flavors, lactose, soy or gluten and a few others. Being that I cannot have gluten, I was happy to see I can take these with no worries. The number one ingredient is sugar though, so keep that in mind. There is 80 gummies which is a 40 day supply at 2 gummies per day. They taste great and don't leave a weird aftertaste that I usually notice with some gummies. I take 2 gummies with my morning coffee or breakfast. Results were not immediate, remember that it is a supplement, but after using for almost 3 weeks I did notice that my nails grew not only faster than normal but were quite a bit stronger. There has been no big change in my hair or skin but I believe with continued use, there will be. The gummies are a boost in the vitamins you need for healthy skin, hair and nails. I'll definitely purchase these when I run out and keep this in my routine.
