These vitamins taste just delightful! I really love the taste and the way they easily breakdown while being eaten.... I take 2 per day as recommended with a cup of juice and I will continue to take them every morning with a cup of orange juice. Ive also noticed that My nails seem to be shinier and stronger. I feel like I can get the same vitamins from a health store without all the sugar. Too sweet for my liking. I feel like I haven’t used them for long enough to see any results but I don’t know if I’ll continue based on the flavor.

I have a hard time noticing a difference in my hair and nails but I am going to continue taking them and hopefully I will soon!

It taste so good , youll just have to so consitent. This actually grows your nails like crazy. I personally think this product will help your hair moe defined and feel so healthy.

As it states on the bottle consult your doctor before use and to be on the safe side i had my mom try them. From what we have both observed her hair has been looking healthier and shinier, her nails are stronger and havent chipped (like the usually do) the only thing we didnt really see a difference in was skin. (we understand that doesnt mean it didnt do anything, we just havent noticed a change) all in all i believe a high recommendation for this product is in order. once i give birth i would like to try these gummys myself (i just hope they have ones that arent strawberry )
