I will say, I took these every day religiously for at least 2 weeks to test them before I made my review. I'd like to try them for a longer period of time to see how it truly affects my hair skin and nails because I didnt notice a difference in the quickness of nail growth or anything.

Simply great! Since I started using this product I have noticed significant change in the way my skin looks and feels. I have struggled with growing my nails and hair for a long time and decided to change my diet, eat cleaner and introduce these vitamins into my daily routine and the results have been amazing!
