I really love these, I didn't really notice much of a difference until I got pregnant with my daughter and I took these my hair nails everything went into grow mode lol but over all these are a nice strawberry gummy that doesn't have a nasty medicine

As far as I know, these really work. I used to use prenatal gummies to grow my hair, but I switched to these. I have fake nails, so I don't notice a change in those, but I have very curly hair naturally, which doesn't grow much at all - and it's grown significantly since January.

These taste nothing like vitamins and truthfully I wanted to eat more than youre supposed to! I havent noticed a different in my skin and nails in the short amount of time I had to take and review these but Ill buy them after this bottle is done and definitely continue taking them!
