I adore the regular vitamin version of these and have been taking them for a long time and they have helped my hair growth a lot. I tasted one though and they were quite good.

I've been using these gummies for a few weeks now and I can definitely see a difference in the strength of my nails and the overall health of my hair. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and makes it easy to remember to take them daily. I also like that they include 2,500 mcg of biotin along with vitamins C & E. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the gummies are a bit sugary, and I wish there was a lower-sugar option. Otherwise, very satisfied and would recommend!

Not to mention you get Biotin 2500 mcg per serving! The serving size is two gummies. I would recommend this product to anyone!
