These are the greatest biotin supplements I've taken. I've bought hard pill form biotin before, but it is just difficult to force myself to take a pill every day. With these gummies, it is super easy because they taste great. I didn't notice a huge difference in my hair, but a massive difference in my nails. The longest and strongest they've ever been!

I've used it for 3 months and was completely satisfied with the results. Then a friend told me that it contains pork product!? 🤔 I read the contents but couldn't find the answer, so I have to stop it and ask, but I will appreciate a response from the PRODUCERS so I can continue or not

It does taste a little chalky to me, but would not stop me from taking them. I have been taking the gummies for about a week, and my nails do seem to be getting stronger.

As a vegetarian who also works a crazy schedule, I know there are days when Im not getting enough protein, calcium & many other essential vitamins when Im working 13 hours on my feet and barely have time for a quick snack, let alone a 30 min lunch. My nails are growing like normally and I dont see any change in my hair, Ive been using this for almost a month. I dont know if then it would be more effective with time. Although it is a good product and affordable.
