Although it is tastey like it shouldnt be a vitamin but just candy.(haha) i give it a 3 star review for now lets see if it does its job then i can truly review it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have texture issues and thought these would have been firmer. I don't like gummies, but the ones i cam tolerate are hard like a gum drop. The flavor wasn't the best and they were definitely too soft. I dont recommend to those who jave sensitivities to gooey chewy textures. Over all the results were good though.

I'm still in the process of taking my first bottle but I will say that I usually break out around a certain time and this time I didn't. Let's see if I see any other changes by the time I finish the bottle. One thing I didnt like is that the first two ingredients are sugar and corn syrup.

I also have pretty strong nails and hair to begin with, so it's understandable that I didn't see improvement there. I don't have great skin, but didn't see much of a change there either. You can usually get everything you need in your diet, so why bother trying to give yourself too much, right? So naturally, when I first received this to review, I was skeptical. But the gummies taste really good, first of all, and second of all they work! Ive dealt with brittle nails for such a long time and my nail beds are so much stronger after a few weeks of taking these supplements. I cant speak to my hair and skin, but if you have bad nails like I did, these might just be worth a shot!
