[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is affordable, tastes like sweet strawberry gummies, and will slowly make your hair and nails stronger, less brittle and more vibrant. I wish the packaging was glass or reusable in some way. There is 2500 mcg of biotin in each serving which is a nutrient I need daily. I saw results after using 3 weeks daily with my bleached out brittle hair. My nails were very noticeably stronger and tips were whiter. I like this brand and will buy from them in the future. This was complimentary, but my review is authentic.

I love these vitamins. They taste great and last a while. I saw the biggest difference in my hair when i using these vitamins. The gummies are very good, they taste good and work for my nails pretty well it seems. I love eating these to the point where if I didn't have self-control, I'd probably eat the whole bottle! I received this product free to testing and review, but I'm not sure if I would purchase it. I feel like my hair is in better shape than before I started taking the gummies and I think these gummies are the reason for that. They taste decent, but not great.

I tried for a few weeks but couldn’t myself through the whole bottle. For what it’s worth, I do think my nails were benefitting from those few weeks! I also like the presentation in the slimmer bottle.
