You must drink more water than you usually would or you might breakout, but as long as you stay hydrated, it will work. I think it makes my hair grow faster and my nails stronger and my skin is more glowy from within.

I will say they taste AMAZING and i looked forward to eating the gummies each morning. Overall, I probably would not purchase again and stick to multivitamins. However, if you're looking for biotin vitamins I would recommend these because the taste is fantastic and they get the job done.

Sadly had to toss these, i was expecting a great turn out since my nails are very short and are slow at growing and i wanted my hair to be more healthier but instead of helping with those issues they made me sick, i was shaking uncontrollably and i was extremely nauseous. it could be because i was allergic to something in them but i'm not quite sure. i know they work for other people but sadly they didn't work for me :(

I use to get acrylics every 3 weeks which weakened my nails to the point where I had to stop. Its been 5 days and my nails look and feel fabulous! Trust me you need this!

Sometimes j have to remind myself to only do the recommended amount, cause they taste so so good. Still have some of the bottle left so wtill waiting till i can nitice a difference.

I absolutely love these the strawberry flavoring is amazing tastes like a fruit snack so it makes it easier to take one everyday after just taking them for two weeks I have noticed my hair texture get better and my nails are more healthy and thick.... Ive never really had problems with my skin so I havent noticed much difference in it
