As I've learned over the years, if you have hair, skin, and nail problems you need to address whatever is causing it. Sometimes it's a deficiency other times it's a low-calorie thing pr it can be stress. Your outside reflects what's going on inside so go to your dr to get that checked before spending money on supplements that may not be right or the appropriate dose for you. These did not help me at all. I had to stop dieting, stop doing excessive workouts, eat more and work on reducing my stress. Best of luck to you.

My hair needed some help. It was damaged due to highlighting, and my poor diet doesn't help any. My hairdresser asked.ke to start supplements, but some are quite pricey. I tried these for 3 months and my hairdresser noticed a difference in my hair:) they have a great berry flavor too. I save them for when I need a sweet treat during the day.
