Love this brand so so much especially for the biotin gummy’s that always get. You can definitely tell the quality of the product just because I always feel it on my nails first they’re always super hard and I always have a glow skin right after using it I think it takes affect maybe like around the third week or so but it’s really good especially for the price

The taste of it isnt so bad, but i'm not that big of a fan of artificial strawberry flavors. This product didnt leave me dissapoitned and met my expectations. However I know the bottle says it comes with 40 but why make a large container? When the gummies only fill up about half way? I just thought that was bizarre.

I have tried Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails a few times, gummies and capsules, the whole bottle for 90 days. I honestly did not notice a significant change in any area the bottle claims to improve. My main reason for the purchase was for my Nails and there was definitely no improvement. Very disappointing 😞
