I took them night and day for 5 days, and just didnt want to continue. Much prefer to pay more for the sugar bear hair gummies.

I thought using biotin daily would help strengthen my hair and nails. But clearly in was wrong. I hae been using these for about 2 weeks and I wont be going back. It taste great and it is a bit pricey but my hair is longer and stronger. My nails are stronger. My skin hasn't seen that much of a difference. but my skin is a different story. If you want longer, stronger hair and nails. Go out and get this!
