I swore after the first bottle I would never buy this again because all the gummies were stuck together in one big glob. I have arthritis in my hands and they were very difficult to remove from the narrow necked bottle. About 2/3 of the way to finishing the bottle I noticed that my fingernails were growing over my finger tips for the first time ever in my life. I also noticed that my hair loss was less than it had been in recent months. So thinking I may have gotten a rouge bottle of glob the first time I ordered my second bottle to find out they were all globbed together as well. As difficult as they are to remove I will continue to use this product as I feel it really has helped with my hair and nails.

It seems to work for just my nails. After taking it for a few weeks, my nails are super strong but it's abnormal. I can't cut my nails easily since my nails are harder. I was scared of it actually and I stopped using it since... The funny taste is ok. Beautiful packaging.

I LOVE EATING THESE OMG, the taste 👅 is so good and the packaging SUPER CUTE 🥰 pink is my favorite color, the form is chewy. The ingredients are tasty and its effects are very noticeable within a wee or so of consistently eating them. Digestion is also great, they go down easy!!

These are my absolute holy grail for beauty from the inside out! For the cost, the 80-count bottle is such a steal compared to more "trendy" brands. The concentration of 2,500 mcg of biotin is just right—it’s high enough to actually see a difference in my nail strength and hair shine without being too much. The smell is literally like a jar of strawberry candy, and the texture is a soft, chewy gummy that doesn't get stuck in your teeth like some others do. My little sister takes this and it helps her with her nails and hair. I also think that it contains a decent amount of gummies based on the price. Personally, I have tried them and it doesn’t work as much for me but I do like that they taste good unlike others that for me have a weird texture

These are a must have for any woman who is trying to maintain her vitamins, and also receive help with healthy hair, skin, and nails! They taste wonderful and absorb fairly quickly in my opinion. And they're easy to administer because they come in gummy form!

This is the third jar that has all of the gummies stuck together and super difficult to get out even with a knife! I have to break this jar apart as I did the last one to get these out to transfer to another container for storage. Since they always stick together, why not package in a large opening container for easy removal! I'm done buying these. Bad product with dumb packaging!
