This is a very good product. It helps your hair grow. It helps your fingernails get strong. However, at the price I paid, which was $25, I will likely never buy it again until the price comes back down. That is a ridiculously high price!

It's okay, but it's not okay to me.I don't feel like it did anything for me. But i'm going to finish the rest of the bottle.My face did start breaking out. And I became constipated, so I guess it works for some and some, it doesn't work for.
