This is Jessica not Nathaniel* I have been struggling with hair loss for the last couple of years. I finally decided to try this product until it runs out. My hair would come out in bunches anytime I ran my fingers through it. Well I have now been taking this supplement for a little over a month, I believe, and have noticed a significant difference in my hair. I can run my fingers through my hair, while wet, and only lost maybe 1 strand now. Before it looked like I was grabbing my hair and ripping it out. I definitely reccomend this product.

I have been using these for several years. I do see the results in my nails and hair. Unfortunately for the last two years I have been buying them, it is a struggle to get them out of the bottle. I am not kidding when I say this. I have to use a long handled 2 prong fork to pry them apart while in the bottle. IF I am lucky, I can manage to get a small clump out that I have to individually pull apart. I see the reviews here have mentioned this problem for the past 6 years. Can you not find a solution to this problem so we can manage to have the gummies easily come out without having a huge clump stuck in the jar. Please do something to change this since it is a good product but it is time consuming and annoying to go through this problem. I gave it 1 star because of this problem or it would have been higher

These are my absolute holy grail for beauty from the inside out! For the cost, the 80-count bottle is such a steal compared to more "trendy" brands. I LOVE EATING THESE OMG, the taste 👅 is so good and the packaging SUPER CUTE 🥰 pink is my favorite color, the form is chewy. The ingredients are tasty and its effects are very noticeable within a wee or so of consistently eating them. Digestion is also great, they go down easy!!

This is the third jar that has all of the gummies stuck together and super difficult to get out even with a knife! I have to break this jar apart as I did the last one to get these out to transfer to another container for storage. Since they always stick together, why not package in a large opening container for easy removal! I'm done buying these. Bad product with dumb packaging!

You can see results in the first week. I've been trying this gummy's biotin and I think this is the best way you can take this type of vitamins because with this taste and absorption you don't need nothing else. Also if you're a person that travels a lot it has a practical packaging to move with it so take two after breakfast and that's all.

I love these gummies because they have a delicious strawberry flavor and no aftertaste.I've noticed my nails are much stronger and my hair looks shinier since I started taking them. They are easy to digest and the biotin dosage is perfect for seeing real results quickly. I totally recommend them.!
