From what I can tell after using them for a month, it did help with the strength of my nails. My nails are really long, and I haven't experienced a break since using these. As far as hair and skin, I would like to keep trying them to see but I didn't have any extra problems while taking these so I'm confident that these are legit.

The most Ive seen change is my hair. Ive kept my same routine during this process, same shampoo conditioner hairspray, everything is the same until I tried this product with it. Its not an extreme difference but it makes my hair fluffier, bouncier, it feels like it has less weight to it even when I put tons of product in it. I overall enjoyed this product even to the taste.
