As far as taste these are amazing. They taste like candy, so it is not a struggle to take two of these every day. While they might taste great though, I am looking for something that works. I just have not seen any real results with taking these for two months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these, (I did receive these complimentary of Influenster) there have not been any obvious changes but that is to be expected because I have only been taking them for a few days. I will say however I do like the multivitamin benefits as they come with vitamin C, vitamin E and biotin and they taste surprisingly good (mine are strawberry flavored I am not sure if they offer any other flavors) but I find with many gummy vitamins they leave a weird gelatin after taste in your mouth but not with these.

I love taking the natures bounty hair skin and nails vitamins. I always pair these with my natures bounty womens gummies and I love how my hair is growing and my nails have never looked better. I always get them a great price couldn't recommend enough.

Hard not to eat the whole bottle.I know it generally takes at least 30 days to notice a difference in your hair, skin, and nails, so I waited as long as I could before adding a review. I have to say, I haven't noticed a major difference, however my hair and nails seem to be growing at a slightly faster rate than normal. I will go and buy another package because I want to see if there's any continued growth an improvement in my hair skin and nails.
