My hair takes FOREVER to grow and these Nature's Bounty pills/gummies actually help me grow my hair pretty fast. Not only that, but it grows my nails so beautiful; usually there all thin and short after doing mommy duties and these gummies make my nails strong. I LOVE Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions, I have recommended them to everyone in my family. I will forever love this brand and keep on recommending them.

They had a yummy strawberry taste. These are the perfect kind of vitamin to take without feeling like your actually taking vitamins. Glad to try these out, and cant wait to see the results at the end of a bottle!

The gummies have a strange taste that resembles strawberry but tastes artificial I guess you could say. I thought they were good and I saw improvement.

I will admit I ate more than just 2 on various occasions. With that said, I finished the bottle already after *mostly* sticking to the recommended serving size and for the first time in years, my nails isn't immediately broken. They're getting long and look amazing!

However, the areas where I received my treatments are still bare but my head hair feels amazing. I also have gel polish on my nails and I can tell they are growing rapidly! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if they work yet, but they are pretty tasty. I had taken a multi vitamin previously. It seemed to always make me nauseated. This does not have the same affect. As with any vitamin try to take with a meal.

This is much easier to take as opposed to regular chalky vitamins. However i don't see much imptovement in my hair maybe i just need to keep takin them i di love the taste!

The gummies taste great however one thing I dont like about this product is that it has corn syrup in it. Im usually super careful about the ingredients in my vitamins so I was a little put off by that.
