But I must say, I love that these gummies do not leave that awkward, nasty, and waxy feeling aftertaste in my mouth, like most any gummy of any sort usually does. The taste of these is also really good!

Not my favorite hair skin nail gummies. They don’t taste very great, and they stick together a lot. I never noticed a difference when i started to use these, and they were the first i tried. The artificial strawberry flavoring is awful. The packaging is cute, at least, but these are not worth the buy.

But my nails have been growing strong and perfect. Their not chipping off like they used to and my hair is already long and health but the fact that I have a vitamin to help me maintain it is amazing. I deff recommend you guys to try these! I have used other products in the past that have a high biotin amount, so i was skeptical. I still feel like it has done a good job on my hair, but not sure about my nails. When taking other supplements i have seen my nails grow extremely fast, while taking this one i experienced my normal growth. Still a great product! As far as making my hair and nails healthy, I would give a -5 stars. I saw no change at all and it has been almost a month since I started taking them. Typically if I take a HSN vitamin I see stronger nails in a week and shiny hair in two weeks. Not sure why but these did nothing for my life.

These vitamins work wonder for my skin and my nails! When I take them regularly my skin is visibly better than normal! Plus they are tasty little gummies that dont have a weird vitamin aftertaste!
