They taste good too! They have improved the health of my hair, skin, and nails which I really needed because of constantly wearing acrylics and dying my hair.

At first I didn't really notice much of a change but I realized that (just like anything else) your body has to accept this supplement before it starts working. I started taking it every single day and noticed best results if I took it with a meal. I can immediately tell in my nails mainly that this product works. I used to have extremely brittle and weak, short nails, after taking this I can definitely say that my nails have a strength they never used to have. I also have noticed that my hair is growing much quicker, this makes me happy because I miss my long black hair, and overall the condition of my skin has massively improved. I'm not talking up the product for no reason it genuinely just works.

The packaging is slim and easy to open. It does appear that my nails are growing faster and seem stronger. My hair looks a bit shiner as well too! I have noticed that my head hair has grown immensely, even though that I have a pixie haircut, but, other body hair grows faster too, so I do have to wax more than I used to before I took these vitamins, but I have absolutely no complaints about it.
