I loved these chewable vitamins for the taste and quality of my hair/nails when I used them on a consistent basis. Consistency is key with these! They’re great for the price and I would recommend them to a friend! I would take these at night right before bed.

Unfortunately I have not seen any difference or change since taking these gummies. And to me they have a very bitter aftertaste and not a strawberry flavor at all.

I know that not always eating the best I should if I want my hair skin and nails looking their best I need a supplement. These are delicious! They have a great strawberry taste. And of course they are gummies ! Soo soo much better then taking a vitamin pill. Since taking these my nails and hair growth has definitely been much better!

Tastiest product in regards to hair skin and nails. I could probably eat the whole bottle as if it was a pack of gummy bears. I recommend this brand more than any other brand because they do not stick together. The only time that they will stick is when it gets down to the last maybe 10 and they're stuck to the bottle at the bottom which all you have to do is shake it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken this product for a year now and I recently changed my nutrition to be more healthy. My hair and skin are doing amazing. I cut several inches off my hair in August and it's January and my hair is almost back to that length. My only concern is that sugar is the first ingredient which usually means there's a lot of it. Concerns me a bit.
