[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the past 2 years, my hair has thinned. I have taken a multivitamin each day since it started. So I decided to grab up this product when I saw it on influenster. I added the Biotin to my morning medication. It was just 2 gummies that taste lightly sweet a day. Not to much extra to do in the morning. But I'm not seeing much help with the growth of my hair or nails. My skin has been pretty dry lately, but it is winter here. I have completely emptied the bottle, but I don't think I will be purchasing any time soon.

These are great! I used them because I wanted healthier hair and nails. I wouldn't necessarily say they caused that, but I would say they were a great supplement to improve these things. I would say great value for money and good packaging (convenient bottle)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like gummy vitamins, youll most likely like these. Im not the biggest fan of the tart strawberry flavor, but at least it doesnt linger. Ive been taking these for about 2+ weeks and Im not really sure I notice a difference- although to be fair, I think supplements should be taken for at Least a month to start seeing results. I wont repurchase these solely for the reason that Im currently getting laser hair removal, and I dont want to take something that helps promote hair growth. I received these for free for review.
