I havent seen much of a difference in my skin as of yet! All in all, Im very pleased with my results and will continue to use this product.

I started only taking 1 a day however while reading through the info on the bottle, I discovered it was actually two a day with meals, Ive been taking one in the morning and one in the evening each days my nails havent grown any faster that I can tell, however, they are noticeably stronger.

The flavor tastes pretty good, they taste sweet and looking at the label it does list corn syrup as an ingredient as well as sugar, so something to keep in mind. It lists 2 grams of value of daily sugar intake as well. Mostly what you'll be getting is vitamin c, vitamin e, and biotin from taking these. I don't normally take vitamins as an everyday routine but I will try these and see if I have any noticeable results. Also the overall price on these isn't too bad.

My hair always gets longer and healthy while taking these vitamins. I love how shiny and healthy my nails look, specially when I get them manicured. This product is very affordable, the packaging is great for storing and the taste is lovely, the gummies are not so sweet it's perfect and easy to chew. I always have a bottle for when I run out.

i bought these 2 mounths ago the frist 30 days my hair had grown 3 inches where it was thin at the part line i noticed it was thicker and fuller my nails where no longer brittle and they didn,t breck when they got so long these gummies made a beliver out of me
