The supplement and vitamin daily values were satisfactory. The taste was very good! The only improvement I suggest would be to increase the amount of supplements and vitamin values besides the biotin, and to increase the amount of gummies in one container. My favorite part of these was the taste - SO GOOD!

The gummies taste great and are incredibly soft. I think for the price they are a great way to supplement your nutrition. But I just dont believe Ive been taking them long enough to see a result.

I used these for 6 months and had NO improvement; my hair was thicker with more volume, my skin wasn't more hydrated than normal, my nails weren't growing faster or stronger. I spoke with my PCP and she said these are a joke. They don't provide enough vitamins and minerals to even work, AND they are nothing but sugar! Learned my lesson.

I really did enjoy these vitamins cause they are in gummy form and sometimes that makes it easier to take. The packaging is great and the price is great and the scent isn't too overwhelming and they come in different flavors and they really do work when you take them continuously and you start to see the effectiveness of them!!
