I loveee these gummy hair skin & nail vitamins they contain biotin which is good for all 3 things! They do not taste bad like some vitamins do, they are strawberry flavored lol so fruity I can smell them through the bottle. They have helped my hair skin and nails since using them. I have been using them for a few months now! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to take a vitamin for their hair skin and nails as it helps with the feeling of my hair and my nails are stronger than when I hadn't taken it and always complimented on my skin glowing ❤️
