I am 50+ and NEVER had nails. I get my nails done and have a hard time with cracking and chipping and nails peeling. I was sceptical to say the least. I decided to give this product a try. After one month, I HAVE nails. The esthetician commented and I told her I was taking Natures Bounty daily. She was very surprised and forwarded the information on to other clients with great reviews too. My toe nails have always broke and were thin. this is no longer the case. I received complimentary via voxbox and have used the entire bottle in a month, (taking two a day.) Unfortunately I did not notice any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I have definitely had more luck with just taking biotin. Too bad biotin doesnt taste like strawberries.

The hair, skin, & nails gummies don't leave a bad taste in your mouth and they don't taste chalkie like a lot of other vitamins. I usually always see a difference when I use these vitamins. I love these gummies. They have such a great flavor to them. Not only do they have a good flavor but they make my hair so much stronger. I have a lot of stressors in my life and my hair will tend to fall out. This helps my scalp remain strong and healthy.

The health of my nails have improved, they are now stronger and are growing much faster. Ive also noticed a difference in my hair, its also been growing out and have developed a nice shine to it. This gummy s are actually tasty and I been taking them for a few months now I have noticed improvement on my hair and nails. I did have to separate the gummy’s because they were all together so you might have to do that in order to get them but other than that they’re good they taste good I definitely recommend them
