My hair takes FOREVER to grow and these Nature's Bounty pills/gummies actually help me grow my hair pretty fast. Not only that, but it grows my nails so beautiful; usually there all thin and short after doing mommy duties and these gummies make my nails strong. You must drink more water than you usually would or you might breakout, but as long as you stay hydrated, it will work. I think it makes my hair grow faster and my nails stronger and my skin is more glowy from within.

I bought this product about a month ago May 18, 2022, and the expiry date was 04/27/19. It seems to be a continuous trend for the enterprise to distribute expired products since there have been multiple complaints about the expiry date. It is obvious the care is not provided for consumers and as such the product is NOT GOOD. EXPIRY PRODUCT leads to waste of money and ineffective product.

It makes me want to take them more often than the average pill. My skin has been looking better. My hair and nails are growing and becoming stronger. I will definatly be buying more in the future.
