I used to take biotin to improve my hair and skin health (my nails are naturally beautiful and strong- lucky me) but I got tired of it and did not notice a huge difference after a very long time. What I like the most about this product is that all I'm doing is taking delicious gummies not pills. I received this complementary Nature's Bounty multivitamins gummies almost a month ago and really wanted to wait before posting a review and let me tell you, they're totally worthy... I will admit I ate more than just 2 on various occasions. With that said, I finished the bottle already after *mostly* sticking to the recommended serving size and for the first time in years, my nails isn't immediately broken. They're getting long and look amazing!

Not a huge fan of the texture they're kind of a weird gummy but they're a good size being slightly smaller than normal gummies and flavor is good. My nails are fantastic and working on getting my hair back to being healthy. I'd probably buy it again.

These are amazing!! I take them everyday. They taste amazing, not chalky tasting like other supplements. Last a good couple months and great price as well! Easy to find at any drug store as well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for biotin tablets.
