I take these twice a day. One in the morning after breakfast and one after diner. They work really great! I've been using these gummy's for over a year now and my nails,hair and skin look and feel new. My nails have grown a lot. They have a fruity taste and the texture is gummy.

They really do what they claim and Ive found that after a couple of weeks using it, my nails have been stronger and my toenails (who are very small and never grow) started growing stronger than ever! These were something I was extremely excited about since I have extremely brittle hair and nails. 3 days in to take them I broke a nail and by day 7 it was right back to the same length as when I broke it.
