I love how many come in a bottle, it's a sweet strawberry flavor, and they don't upset my stomach. Definitely recommend it if you want to take more biotin.

These are all natural and are free of soy, gluten, lactose, milk, fish, artificial sweeteners and flavors. I highly recommend these!

It’s hard to tell if it’s helping my hair, skin, and nails but they aren’t any worse than before I started taking these vitamins.

Ive taken biotin pills before, but I would inevitably forget to take them and get off track. These gummy vitamins taste awesome though, so it makes taking them so much more enticing! They also dont have that chalky texture and feeling that a lot of other gummy vitamins have and they arent filled with unhealthy and unnecessary fillers. They are gluten free and the colors and flavors are naturally sourced which I can get behind 100%! All in all, this is a great product and makes taking supplements more fun and enjoyable. I cant wait to see the benefits with my nails skin and hair!

My hair definitely seems thicker, my nails are growing faster, and my skin is brighter and clearer. However I would not have bought this product for myself because the ingredients alone. Sugar sugar sugar! This is not something I actively try to cut from my diet. Also gelatin (if you do t know what gelatin is made of you should look it up) and corn syrup . I also hate the taste of them, so artificial. I will finish the bottle but there are other better options out there so I will not be buying this for myself.

This stuff tastes amazing, youre supposed to eat 2 per day but I want to eat the hold thing lol. I dont see much of a difference right now but Ive only been using it for a week so lets see if it works in the long run.
