Normally I dont like the taste of vitamins but the strawberry tastes like candy. I dont notice a huge difference in my hair length but it grows super slow. I think it is helping a little bit. I took theses for about a year but I could not really tell any difference at all. The brand is well known and heavily advertised. There are no negative effects from it. I was able to buy them on sale at a good price.. not sure that I would continue to use if I don't see any changes.

The flavor wasn't the best and they were definitely too soft. I dont recommend to those who jave sensitivities to gooey chewy textures. Over all the results were good though.
