[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are delicious! Great flavor of strawberry.. no weird after taste. I could take these everyday with out even thinking they are vitamins. Super soft and easy to chew. Two a day is all you need for great nails.. long hair and radiant skin.

I am 50+ and NEVER had nails. I get my nails done and have a hard time with cracking and chipping and nails peeling. I was sceptical to say the least. I decided to give this product a try. After one month, I HAVE nails. The esthetician commented and I told her I was taking Natures Bounty daily. I love them -- their strawberry taste is yummy and I can tell that my hair has been looking better -- shinier and healthier. I've been taking them for about three weeks now. I have healthy hair (I rarely apply heat and I never dye it) so it grows steadily but I recently cut it and several friends were telling me my hair was so long already! Anddd I have the worlds weakest nails but theyve been growing and staying stronger! Theyre not perfect but they are progressing. I love this stuff.

Sometimes gummies can have weird flavors but this one literally just tastes like tangy candy which is great. I don't know that it had any major effects, but I don't normally notice any with vitamins. I know it's a biotin supplement but I just wish it had more of the other vitamins as well.
