These are the greatest biotin supplements I've taken. I've bought hard pill form biotin before, but it is just difficult to force myself to take a pill every day. With these gummies, it is super easy because they taste great. I didn't notice a huge difference in my hair, but a massive difference in my nails. The longest and strongest they've ever been!

However, I do like the taste of it and the convenience of it being a gummy instead of a pill. Since it has biotin in it I will purchase once I am done with the bottle because I know it is good for the hair.

Ive only tried it for about a week and I already feel different! I cant wait to keep eating them, and cant wait to see a complete difference. Right now my hair is braided so Ill have to wait until I take the braids out to see if theres a difference/if its grown. My skin hasnt changed (I still have some pimples/imperfections) and my nails are about the same. I definitely need to keep eating it to see if it actually works but it tastes really good.

These vitamins have a very high level of Biotin in them, so they will definitely target hair, skin, and nails. I do have to admit that the other two brands of gummy vitamins that I have tried have been on the tastier side, but these are definitely palatable.

My hair feels nicer already! Can't wait to see how it is by the time I finish off the bottle. Definitely recommend.

I've been taking these since I was in high school… and that was years ago! It's such a good vitamin and has helped my hair and nails grow. My hair is healthier and my nails are not fragile as they use to be before I started taking these. I highly recommend if anyone is considering getting these or wanting to try biotin vitamins.

These taste nothing like vitamins and truthfully I wanted to eat more than youre supposed to!
