Great tasting gummies! However, I find they didn’t have much, if any, affect on my hair, skin, or nails. Which is unfortunate considering their name… I tried these for several months but eventually replaced them with another supplement that was a bit stronger and more effective for me.

Ive taken hair skin & nail vitamins before but in pill form and I found these so much easier to do since im always in a hurry. Ive seen noticeable improvement in my nails and even some in my hair! No change in my skin yet, but Im excited to continue taking these and seeing the progress!

I havent noticed a huge difference personally. My skin texture is still roughly the same but hard to tell since I received other facial cleansers/mask in my box. I think its worth the try though if youre looking for a decent value gummy vitamin.

Usually I have a hard time finding gummies that I like because they don't taste right or they're dense but these biotin gummies are fantastic. The texture is soft and fluffy like a marshmallow and the flavor is bright and tart! It honestly tastes like candy but not as bad for you. The effects seem to be noticeable in my hair, it feels shinier and full of life! My nails don't seem to break as much either. It's only been a few weeks but I really feel confident in this product!
