[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always skeptical of these things when I see them. But opened them, tried one and was sad that they only recommend 2 a day. They taste amazing (if you like strawberries) and they dont leave a weird aftertaste like some vitamins do. Within a few days my nails had already started growing probably about 2-3 times faster than normal. And my hair seemed to grow pretty quickly within the month. But with that, I needed to wax my brows, legs and bikini area a lot sooner too. Because ALL hair grows faster!!

I recently tried the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies with Biotin in the strawberry flavor, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. Firstly, I must mention the taste. The strawberry flavor was quite artificial and overly sweet. In terms of results, I did not notice any significant improvement in my hair, skin, or nails after consistent use. Despite the inclusion of biotin, a key ingredient known for its benefits to these areas, I didn't see the expected changes. My hair remained as it was, my skin didn't show any noticeable glow, and my nails didn't seem to strengthen. Lastly, the packaging was a bit inconvenient. The gummies were sticky and tended to stick together in the bottle, which made it difficult to extract a single gummy without using multiple ones. In conclusion, my experience with Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies was less than satisfactory

Plus I damage my hair regularly so anything with biotin that can just help fortify my hair from the inside is a GREAT thing. Absolutely recommend. Just maybe don't eat them like candy, even tho they taste GREAT

My nails do seem to grow fair quickly now but I haven't noticed much of a difference in my hair or skin yet. Hoping to see more changes as I continue to take them.

The gummies are delicious and easy to chew! They arent as sweet as they smell which is a plus. So dont let the smell deceive you! Ive taken other vitamins before and am not a huge fan of taking pills so if youre looking for an alternative this is a great one.

I was so excited because I had a baby 5 months ago and I've been experiencing hair loss and my nails are brittle so I am hoping they work!
