This means that I have been taking this for few weeks. There aren't significant changes to wow me, but I can notice that my hair looks little more firm and not dry as it seemed before. In addition the gummies are tasty and convenient to consume every day.

I love these hair,skin, and nails gummies i felt like they were definitely really effective it grows your hair slowly but surely !! Ive tried a few other gummies and never felt like they do the trick but these are the real deal definitely recommend them.

As I've learned over the years, if you have hair, skin, and nail problems you need to address whatever is causing it. Sometimes it's a deficiency other times it's a low-calorie thing pr it can be stress. Your outside reflects what's going on inside so go to your dr to get that checked before spending money on supplements that may not be right or the appropriate dose for you. These did not help me at all. I had to stop dieting, stop doing excessive workouts, eat more and work on reducing my stress. Best of luck to you.

They also taste SO good! I havent noticed a huge difference yet in a week, but theres still more to go so hopefully I see a difference soon.
