[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I havent even finished the bottle yet but Ive already gotten some impressive results! I enjoy taking these gummies everyday. They taste really good and you know sometimes vitamin gummies dont really taste that good. Also, Ive noticed that my nails have gotten stronger. I dont always get my nails done because as a photographer having long nails can get into the way so these gummies have helped keeping my nails strong. My skin has also gotten much clearer and I havent gotten as many breakouts as before Ive started taking these vitamins. I havent really seen much of a change in my hair but I figure that it takes time and Id actually have to take these for a longer period of time to see any growth or change in my hair. Overall, this product has been treating me very well so far!

I thought using biotin daily would help strengthen my hair and nails. But clearly in was wrong. I hae been using these for about 2 weeks and I wont be going back. It taste great and it is a bit pricey but my hair is longer and stronger. My nails are stronger. My skin hasn't seen that much of a difference. but my skin is a different story. If you want longer, stronger hair and nails. Go out and get this!

My nails are naturally strong and tbe 2 concerns I had was with my skin and hair and i didnt see much of a change in those either. The taste is ok. Overall, im not a fan of this becuase I dont think they work. And yes i did take them everyday and for 3 months.

But these are taste great and do not have a vitamin after taste at all. I have always had nice hair and nails that grow quickly, so I can't say I noticed any changes. But for someone looking to supplement biotin in a gummy form, this would be perfect. I received this product for free from Influenster to try and review.

1000% recommend! I am not exactly sure how long til you see “results” but i've been taking these for about a month now (2 gummies every night) and my nails are the strongest & healthiest they've ever been!! As for my hair and skin, they're both soft and shiny. I am excited to see more results in the nearing months! The strawberry ones also taste just like candy!
